GEEDC-3i Collaboration for HDBA Business Assistance
BIZCENTRL is a collaboration between the Greater Erie Economic Development Corporation (GEEDC) and 3iNetworking, LLC, to assist Pennsylvania's Historically Disadvantaged Businesses (HDBA) through a program funded by the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED).
The PA DCED Initiative
With a contract awarded in November of 2025, we hav established a Headquarter facility in Erie, PA and satellite offices in Warren PA and Hermitage, PA. Working cohesively, the team of collaborators to include other agencies are committed to delivering business development services for start-ups and existing businesses and reporting impact outcomes directly for our communities and the Commonwealth.
Our COLLABORATION
GBDC provides the organizational infrastructure and community relationships. 3iNetworking provides the technical expertise and operational support. Together, with BizCentral as the catalyst we serve entrepreneurs across 13 Counties of Northwest PA.
